Scientists Claim Antimatter Breakthrough

■Class discussion: Most of us have heard about antimatter from science fiction books, movies and TV shows. Does the fact that science ficition is becoming reality (again) get you more interested in science? The concepts are pretty cool -- particles traveling at nearly the speed of light, crashing into each other and releasing relatively enormous amounts of energy. Can this be a potential solution to our energy problems?
