Fun Stuff

From the American Archive of Public Broadcasting (AAPB), here is the Georgia Gazette Collection, consisting of 102 radio programs produced by Georgia Public Broadcasting from 1992-2007. Georgia Gazette is considered to be the longest running Georgia focused radio program in the country. Each episode focused on a variety of topics from across the state including legislative issues and political events, sports briefs, arts calendars, as well as interviews with well-known and lesser-known Georgian writers, comedians, journalists, scholars, lawyers, artists, psychologists, and doctors. Some major topics included the 1996 Olympics, teen pregnancy, race issues, and local protests.
