Please read the instructions before placing your 2024-2025 request.

Please completely fill out and submit the registration form below to request print and/or electronic copies of the Tampa Bay Times for your classroom for school year 2024-2025.

IMPORTANT: You must verify your 2023-2024 order before a new order will be considered. To verify your 2023-2024 order, go to the verification page, enter your email address, and follow the prompts from there. Please email ordernie@tampabay.com if there is a problem with your 2023-2024 order. DO NOT put comments on the verification form.

The Tampa Bay Times NIE program is governed by the Alliance for Audited Media. All newspapers must be used in classroom settings. Newspapers cannot be requested for the front office or lunchrooms. In order to receive papers free of charge, you will be required to electronically sign an affidavit confirming you have received the newspapers and used them for educational purposes.

Digital delivery:

The electronic edition of the Tampa Bay Times is available to all counties. The electronic edition will be accessible from August 12, 2024 through May 31, 2025 depending on your school calendar. The electronic edition is available Monday through Sunday.

Enter the number of e-Edition licenses you're requesting. This usually equates to the largest number of computers used to view the e-Edition at any one time, or the largest number of students you expect to be viewing the e-Edition at the same time.

Print Delivery

Print newspapers are available on a first come, first served basis. Print newspapers are available on Wednesdays and Sundays only. Enter the number of print editions you're requesting. Sunday newspapers will be delivered to schools on Wednesdays. The minimum print newspapers you can order for a class set is 5. The maximum number of newspapers, per day, one teacher can order is 35.
